(The project)

A trilingual booking site for a luxury chauffeur and airport-transfer service: reservation and VIP fast-track forms connected to a Laravel mail service, with the full booking flow embedded from an external platform.

(Context)

A premium ride, requested in any language.

VIP Transfert presents its fleet and services (airport transfers, hourly hire, business travel) in English, Arabic and French, and captures requests through a reservation form and a dedicated VIP fast-track form.

A React front end deploys as static files and posts bookings to a small Laravel back end, while the complete multi-step booking is embedded from an external platform.

The decisions that shaped it

Three languages
i18next with English, Arabic and French catalogues and automatic detection, a right-to-left Arabic layout, and a tool that fills missing translation keys.

Static front end, thin back end
The site deploys as static files and talks to a small Laravel service whose only job is receiving reservations and sending them by email.

Native forms, embedded booking
Light request forms live in the site, while the heavy multi-step booking is delegated to an external platform embedded in the page.
Right tool per job
Two delivery paths
EmailJS in the browser and the Laravel mailer on the server back each other up, giving booking requests a fallback route.
