“Déplacements à portée de demain”
(The project)
The official site and registration platform for an international logistics, mobility and connectivity forum: a React front end over a Laravel API, with a validated, spam-protected path for every type of attendee.
(Context)
A forum site that works as a registration engine.
Logiterre Expo presents the forum’s programme, past editions, press coverage and key figures, then registers attendees through role-specific paths: visitor, exhibitor, investor, sponsor, speaker, delegate, media and community partner.
We built a content-rich bilingual front end that talks to a Laravel API exposing one endpoint per registration role, including document uploads for official delegations. On the show floor, the LOGITERRE mobile app (iOS and Android) takes over: exhibitors and visitors scan each other’s QR badges to save every contact, browse exhibitors and partners, book conference seats and B2B meetings, manage booth teams and carry their own badge — in French, English and Arabic.

The decisions that shaped it
Front end and API kept apart
A static React 19 front end talks to a separate Laravel back end over REST, so presentation and persistence evolve independently.
Separation of concerns
One endpoint per role
Every attendee type has its own validated action and form, so each registration flow stays isolated and easy to change.
Explicit flows
Validated and spam-protected
React Hook Form and Zod check input in the browser, Cloudflare Turnstile stops bots on submit, and clear notifications confirm each step.
Form integrity
Ready for shared hosting
Delegations upload passport PDFs; a fallback file route serves them where storage links are unavailable, next to a health-check endpoint.
Deployment-friendly
A badge scanner built for the hall
A scan takes seconds with one hand: the camera reads the badge, the shared contact opens with an optional note, and the app keeps a searchable history of every meeting.
Show-floor networking
(How it works)
From role choice to confirmed registration
Choose a role
Each visitor picks a path (visitor, exhibitor, investor, sponsor, speaker, delegate, media or partner), each with its own form and route.
Validate
Input is checked against a Zod schema in the browser, and a Turnstile challenge filters out bots before anything is sent.
Record
The matching Laravel endpoint stores the registration and any passport document, then returns a confirmation to the attendee.
